FIRST VISIT -
If you are visiting us for the first time, then we request you to kindly bring along
1. Any old dental x-rays
2. Any old dental prescriptions
3. Latest medical records & investigations if any
4. List of medications you are taking
In the first visit, we will examine you and a full mouth x-ray (OPG) will be recorded.
You will also be required to fill a information form about your health, etc.
Eventually, we will present you with a treatment plan where
> Duration of treatment
> Number of appointments required
> Estimate and payment options
will be discussed.

You should be as much forthcoming about your actual health condition & any medication you are on. It helps us to prescibe any new medication accordingly so that it does not interfere with them.
